I had a terrible experience with noise at the hotel. My neighbors were loud, moving furniture around at all hours, and no staff were around to help. It made it impossible to sleep-just pure frustration all night!

I loved the super convenient location right across from the main station, which made exploring the city a breeze! The room was spacious, stylish, and really clean, which was a big plus. Plus, the self-check-in was so easy, even for someone who's not tech-savvy, and the staff were really helpful when I needed assistance.

The noise was a major issue; I could hear everything from the hallway! The bathroom setup was frustrating too—water ended up everywhere when I just wanted a quick shower. Oh, and it would’ve been great to have a proper place for breakfast; the lack of a dining area felt a bit off for such a nice hotel.
